Ready to check in on your progress and make adjustments to your plan?

This is a 45 minute follow-up session review consultation for existing clients designed to keep you on track and help you achieve your goals.

In this session, we review your progress, address any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to your plan. Whether you're looking to refine your strategy or need additional support, this follow-up is for long-term success.

Our bodies are always responding to life, right, follow-ups help us respond right back.

It’s something we work on, adapt to, and rebuild as life changes

Follow-up appointments allow us to adjust your treatment plan based on your progress and any new challenges. Regular monitoring helps maintain the gains we've made and continue to support your journey towards your vision of optimal health.

The consultation includes:

  • A review of your progress, pathology or functional tests, health goals and initial treatment plan

  • A review of food and symptom diaries, if applicable

  • Revised treatment plan and goal setting strategies

ANTA Accredited Clinical Nutritionist® (AACN)

is LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I welcome all clients regardless of background, gender, or identity. It’s a privilege to partner with others on their journey, helping to define what health means for each person, providing a path toward it, and supporting the ability to make choices that align with their vision of health.

I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia, particularly the Turrbal and Jagera peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the land where I live, work and play. I recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and community, and I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
