This isn’t a consultation, but it is your personalized grocery store tour, I'm there to guide you, answer questions, and help you feel more confident in the aisles.
We’ll meet at the grocery store of your choice and shop using your list. I’ll help you make sense of food labels, ingredient lists, and nutrition claims, all while keeping your budget, dietary needs, and health goals in mind.
At the start, we’ll set a focus for the session, whether it’s meal planning, label decoding, or navigating new dietary needs. You’ll also receive a free grocery shopping eBook packed with tips, label-reading tricks, and printable worksheets to keep the momentum going.
